2 10% of all net profits tithed Aviation is our craft, but service is our calling.
We believe success is meant to be shared. Volare tithes 10% of all net profits to Christian charities and ministries. Through generosity, faith, and service to others, we aim to make the world better than we found it.
3 No one becomes their best by cutting corners.
Excellence requires discipline, structure, and accountability. At Volare, every student is held to a high standard because greatness demands it. This includes wearing a professional uniform, maintaining rigorous ground and flight performance, and caring for the aircraft after every flight. No one becomes their best by cutting corners — we train pilots who rise to the standard.
4 We don’t “burn hours.” We build pilots.
Every lesson, briefing, and flight is intentional. Our curriculum is structured, efficient, and designed to produce aviators who are competent, confident, and commercial‑ready. Purposeful training creates purposeful pilots.
